Hi, I’m Adam Arkfeld, owner of ParaCore, a pay-per-click lead generation agency. Welcome to my “How To” series on CallRail. In this first video, we’re going to go over why this guide exists, what you’ll learn, and how to use the guide.
You might be asking why we created this guide. That’s a great question. You see, as we’ve grown our PPC agency we noticed something and perhaps you’ve noticed the same. We noticed that AdWords tracking was limited, especially in the realm of tracking phone calls. This isn’t good because a significant number of leads come from phone calls. That begs the question — how do we track the return on investment, the performance, and the quality of phone calls when AdWords limits our ability to track those metrics? How do we know which ads are generating quality phone leads versus those that generate activity, but no revenue?
Well, I’m going to tell you how… the answer is CallRail. That’s right! CallRail is a third-party call tracking system that provides advanced call tracking metrics such as the call source details, call recording, lead scoring, return on investment tracking, integrations with a variety of platforms like AdWords, and more.
