We’ve all seen that Contact Us/Sign Up Now section where the viewer can input their name, phone number, and email.
The client we selected for this case study had a 6.4% conversion rate with that standard layout.
That was an acceptable result, but ParaCore wanted to boost that percentage even higher.
So we implemented a quiz option on the company’s page to see if it made an impact!
In the accompanying video and case study, you can see an example of what a quiz funnel can look like.
Instead of asking for contact information upfront, we asked questions that were specific to the topic of weight loss, such as the amount of weight that the viewer wanted to lose, and offered 2-3 options to click on.
The quiz also contained a conditional question around the topic of exercise in the individual’s daily routine.
If they answered “high-impact” to their daily exercise level, the quiz automatically took them to an additional question that asked if they were willing to modify their routine for a short period.
If the consumer chose one of the other two answers (“I don’t exercise” or “low/moderate”), they did not see that additional question.
By the end of the short quiz, depending on the answers, the viewer came to a results page. In this case study, one viewer might see the page that advertises losing 20 pounds per month.
Another viewer with different quiz results might be brought to the page focused on losing 10 pounds per month.

It made a difference: Adding the quiz resulted in a conversion rate of 8.6%, a 35% increase.
Even better: we saw a 15% decrease in cost per lead.
Using the same Facebook and Google advertising campaign, this LPO created more leads for the same budget.
Plus, every completed quiz contains valuable demographic information that can be exported to the company sales team, which can create a more individualized customer sales experience when the call happens!
